某IT系企業で構築・サポートエンジニアをしています。
主にポリコムのテレビ会議システムの構築やサポートを行っているのですが、使い方やトラブル対応など、ユーザーから問い合わせを受けた時にWEBを検索してもなかなか有用な情報にたどり着けない事が多いです。（海外では結構ユーザーさんが情報をアップしているようですが、日本ではあまりオープンでは無いようですね。印象ですが・・・）
時々はマニュアルをみながら、時々はメーカーへ問い合わせを行いながらサポートをしています。
過去にあった問い合わせやサポートした時の内容を備忘録として記録しておきます。
内容は完全に自分メモですので、このブログに書かれていることがメーカー仕様だとか、正確な情報だとか、コミットされた情報だとかいうわけではありません。
